Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and contribute to architectural design from concept to GFC stages, including planning, massing, and design development for industrial projects.
2. Prepare and develop architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.
3. Translate process and functional requirements into efficient, protected, and compliant design solutions.
4. Ensure architectural designs comply with National Building Code of India (NBC), local bye-laws, fire & life safety norms, and statutory regulations.
5. Coordinate with structural, MEP, process, and fire consultants to achieve integrated design outcomes.
6. Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approval meetings.
7. Review consultant and vendor drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and NBC requirements.

Support site coordination, resolve design-related queries, and assist with as-built documentation.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Should have 5- 8 plus years of experience.
- Should have experience in handling industrial building design (factories, warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, process buildings, utilities, etc.)
- AutoCAD Mandatory
- Revit Mandatory (Architectural modeling & coordination)
- Presentation tools PowerPoint / InDesign / SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape or equivalent
- Strong design sensibility with practical understanding of industrial functionality
- Good working knowledge of NBC 2016 (as amended) and industrial fire safety provisions
- Knowledge of industrial materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
