We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President - Strategy Planning to support strategic planning, performance management and transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with senior management, functional leaders and Head Office stakeholders to drive business priorities, governance and strategic execution.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Support annual, quarterly and ad-hoc business planning cycles, coordinating inputs from Corporate Functions, Service Delivery, IT, HR, Risk, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate Monthly Follow-up decks, Management Committee materials, Board/Leadership inputs and executive-ready presentations for senior management and Head Office stakeholders.
- Drive PDCA coordination, action-item tracking and follow-ups with section heads.
- Consolidate monthly progress against strategic priorities, initiatives and key deliverables.
- Own and coordinate strategic dashboards, including operational KPI dashboards, Power BI reports and management MIS.
- Track strategic initiatives covering:
- Office strategy
- Migration roadmap
- Productivity analytics
- Governance improvements
- AI & automation initiatives
- Enterprise transformation

- Support development of SOPs, operating models, RACI matrices,



governance frameworks and process documentation for strategic and cross-functional programs.
- Conduct data analysis, scenario analysis and benchmark research to support management decision-making.
- Maintain structured repositories, trackers and source documentation to improve transparency, audit-readiness and continuity of knowledge.

What Are We Looking For?

- Strong experience in Strategy Planning, Business Planning, Management Reporting or Business Transformation.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Robust skills in data analysis, MIS, dashboards and executive presentations.
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI / business intelligence dashboards will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of KPI tracking, performance management and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in process improvement, governance, SOP development and operating model design.
- Experience in a financial services, banking, GCC or other global corporate environment will be preferred.
