We are hiring: Personal Assistant Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full time Expected Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business operations, scheduling, coordination, marketing activities, and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules Handle calls, emails, messages, and business communication Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners Maintain records, documents, reports, and follow-up trackers Assist in travel planning, meeting preparation, and office coordination Support marketing activities including social media coordination, campaign follow-ups, content scheduling, and basic promotional tasks Follow up with sales leads, clients, inquiries, and prospects regularly Track customer responses, update lead status,



and coordinate with the sales team Prepare basic reports for marketing performance, lead updates, and pending follow-ups Ensure tasks are completed on time with proper attention to detail Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong organizational and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and social media platforms Ability to handle confidential information professionally Presentable, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Sales Coordinator will be preferred
