We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assist the Store Manager to lead store operations at Surya Super Bazar, Chalakudy.

- Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

- Supervise and coordinate store staff and assign daily duties.

- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

- Manage inventory, including receiving, checking, storing, arranging, and replenishing products.

- Monitor stock levels and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and low-stock items.

- Prepare purchase requirements based on stock levels, sales trends, and business needs.

- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, quotations, and delivery schedules.

- Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

- Compare supplier prices and support the Store Manager in selecting suitable suppliers.

- Verify received goods against purchase orders, invoices, quantities, and product specifications.

- Identify and report shortages, damages, quality issues, or discrepancies in received goods.

- Maintain proper purchase records, supplier details, invoices,



and related documentation.

- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding purchase invoices, payments, and supplier outstanding balances.

- Ensure proper product display, pricing, labelling, and stock rotation.

- Monitor sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets.

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, safety, and overall presentation.

- Monitor product quality, expiry dates, damages, and stock discrepancies.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales, purchase, and inventory reports.

- Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
