Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Store Incharge to support the day-to-day operations of the stores department in our motor manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, receiving and issuing materials, coordinating with production and purchase teams, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.

Candidates with basic working knowledge of Tally and experience in inventory/store management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day store and inventory operations.
- Count and record incoming raw materials, components, spare parts and other items.
- Assist the Store Incharge in proper storage, identification and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inward/outward records and inventory documentation.
- Enter and update inventory transactions in Tally.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Incharge/Purchase Department about low-stock or fast-moving items.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports and other store-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in automobile, motor, engineering, electrical/electronic or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
