Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Commercial Vehicle Asst.Service Manager to manage the complete service operations of the commercial vehicle dealership. The candidate will be responsible for workshop performance, customer satisfaction, service revenue, team management, warranty processes, and ensuring timely and quality vehicle servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial vehicle service workshop.
- Drive service revenue, customer retention, and workshop profitability.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, labour utilization, and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely servicing, repair, and delivery of commercial vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage Service Advisors, Technicians, Warranty and other service staff.
- Monitor warranty claims, approvals, and settlement processes.
- Ensure compliance with OEM service standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Monitor spare parts consumption and coordinate with the Parts Department.
- Track service KPIs, targets, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase repeat business and service retention.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance evaluations.




- Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, and OEM teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety, quality, and workshop processes.
- Analyze service performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Service / Automobile Dealership Service.
- Experience in managing a complete workshop/service department.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle servicing and repair processes.
- Experience in achieving service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in Tata Motors, Mahindra, Eicher Commercial Vehicles or similar CV dealerships may be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
