- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage facility operations, vendors, AMCs and maintenance teams.
- Monitor BMS, electrical systems, DG, UPS, HT/LT and other MEP systems.
- Handle CAPEX/OPEX, maintenance budgets, RCA and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, audits and SOP/PPM adherence.
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs and service providers.
