– Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential interior projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQ, measurements, and project requirements.
- Plan and monitor site activities, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is executed as per approved designs and quality standards.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper material planning, dispatch, delivery, and utilization at site.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely project handover.
- Support payment collection and other project-related coordination when required.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field..




- 2–5 years of experience in residential interiors/project execution.
- Good knowledge of interior site execution, materials, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, BOQ, and measurements.
- Positive knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Good coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
