- Conduct lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students related to Agriculture subject.

- Develop course materials, lesson plans and assessment tools as per University curriculum.

- Operate and manage assigned agricultural farms efficiently to ensure profitability

- Organize, maintain and oversee farm machinery and equipment.

- Guide students on best cropping practices, soil management, and modern techniques.

- Use innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

- Engage in academic advising and mentoring of students.

- Ability to foster a positive learning environment for students.

- Contribute to departmental academic and administrative activities.

- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed journals.

- Participate in seminars, workshops,



and faculty development programs.

- Candidate must relocate to Gajraula or to the nearest job location.

- Experience in any University / Education industry is preferred.
