Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with robust agri-domain expertise strategic marketing, channel management, and market development skills.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Sc.(Agriculture)/ Msc(Ag) Agronomy or Plant Breeding
- MBA in Agribusiness Management from a recognized institute Preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 08-10 years of experience in seed marketing

Age Limit:

- Preferably below 40 years

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and expand a robust channel partner/distributor network in target and potential markets.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor insights, and farmer preferences to formulate effective market penetration strategies.
- Drive market development initiatives in emerging geographies to expand brand footprint and customer base.




- Oversee and ensure timely product placement and inventory planning across supply chain partners.
- Coordinate with production and logistics for demand forecasting and supply alignment.
- Design and implement effective after-sales service models for farmer engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, liquidation of stocks, and revenue growth across regions.
- Organize and supervise field promotions, product demos, farmer meetings, agri-expos, and seasonal campaigns.
- Mentor and lead Sales Assistants / Area Marketing Executives, building a high-performing marketing team.
