- Monitoring maintenance of all civil infrastructure-main building, interior, windows, doors, shutters, road, etc.
- Infrastructure project execution and implementation.
- BOQ preparation, review drawings & technical specifications.
- Maintenance planning & execution as per standard and requirement.
- Activity budget and work scope preparation
- Vendor Management
- Plant Infrastructure Management - Civil
- Project status report weekly, monthly
