Salary: 4.50–5.50 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Prefer candidates with short notice period

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

* Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory

- Candidates from other industries will NOT be considered
- 2–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the Powai Real Estate market
- Extensive experience working in Powai is mandatory/preferred
- Please confirm the candidate's Powai market experience before sharing the CV
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable handling client meetings and site visits

Key Responsibilities





* Handle residential Real Estate sales for the Powai market

- Generate leads and develop new business
- Manage client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures
- Build relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups
- Track market trends, competitor projects and pricing
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports
