Key Responsibilities:

- Technical costing and estimation of mechanical components and assemblies.

- Sourcing for SPMs, welding fixtures, tooling, conveyors, and automation systems.

- Vendor identification, RFQ generation, quotation evaluation and negotiation.

- Preparation of techno-commercial comparison statements.

- PO preparation and release through Tally and ERP systems.

- Verification of GST, HSN codes, delivery terms and payment terms.

- Coordination with Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Assembly teams.

- Monitoring supplier deliveries and project-critical material requirements.

- Ensuring supplier quality and compliance with applicable standards. Required Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in technical procurement/costing.

- Experience in automation, automotive tooling, SPM or manufacturing industries.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOM, GD&T; and manufacturing processes.

- Familiarity with VMC/CNC, laser cutting, welding, heat treatment and surface finishing.

- Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, linear guides, ball screws, gearboxes and automation components.

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP and MS Excel.

- Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor-management skills.

Pay:



₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
