Role: Assistant Manager Sales

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Sales with experience in financial products like Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or CASA. The role involves lead generation, sales closure, team handling and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls for Personal Loan sales & lead generation
- Generate, follow up and convert prospects into customers
- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets
- Monitor team performance and support team members
- Maintain solid customer relationships and timely follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales & performance reports

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales of Personal Loans / Auto Loans / Credit Cards / Insurance / CASA (Current Account / Savings Account)
- Team-handling experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication,



convincing and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable in a sales-driven environment

Job Details:

- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Salary: As per Industry Standards + Target-Based Incentives
