- Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC or Forex
- Minimum 1 year experience as Branch Manager is mandatory

✔ Manage branch operations, customer service, administration, and sales activities ✔ Drive business growth and achieve branch targets

✔ Assess local market opportunities and develop business strategies

✔ Prepare forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans

✔ Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of goals and KPIs

✔ Manage branch budgets and resource allocation

✔ Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Candidate Profile

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Positive communication and customer relationship management skills

✔ Experience in Forex / NBFC operations preferred

✔ Result-oriented with strong business development capabilities

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
