Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct customer visits for quality analysis and root cause investigation of critical quality issues.

- Perform RCA using 8D and other quality tools and ensure effective corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Service and Dealers for customer complaint resolution and quality improvement.

- Monitor field service records and identify recurring product quality issues.

- Act as a communication bridge between QA and field/service teams and provide field quality inputs.

- Conduct joint audits with Service to verify the effectiveness of implemented improvements.

- Ensure Dealer Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) compliance.

- Prioritize safety- and quality-critical issues and drive timely resolution.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence and IMS compliance.

- Undertake frequent travel across Gujarat and North India as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.





- Experience in Material Handling Equipment, Construction Equipment or Earth Moving Equipment industry preferred.

- Automobile (4-wheeler) experience may be considered as a last preference.

- Strong hands-on experience in Customer Quality, Field Quality, QA/QC and Root Cause Analysis.

- Knowledge of 8D, quality tools, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement practices.

- Valuable understanding of hydraulics, engines, transmission systems and electrical components such as controller, motor and battery.

- Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates should demonstrate stable career history, preferably with an average tenure of 2+ years per organization.

- Minimum 50% in academics and full-time educational qualifications are required.

- Current CTC should preferably be up to 9 LPA and candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel.
