-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop candidate pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Support recruitment for both DL/IDL positions.
- Monitor recruitment progress and hiring-related KPIs.

-HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams on payroll-related HR information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and manpower-related reports for management.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and processes.

-Performance Management

- Coordinate the performance appraisal and review process.




- Support managers in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Follow up with managers and employees during performance review cycles.
- Support performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in manufacturing / factory / industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and HR Operations / HR Generalist functions.
- Experience with Performance Appraisal / Performance Management.
- Good understanding of Indian HR practices and employment regulations.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
