nWe're looking for an AGM– Expansion & School Development to lead both the market strategy and the physical delivery of our schools—from identifying high-potential locations to handing over campuses that are ready for students.

nWhat You'll Own

n

n
- Develop expansion strategies across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.
n
- Conduct micromarket analysis, competitor mapping, and location feasibility assessments.
n
- Build business cases and present go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
n
- Source land, buildings, and school acquisition opportunities across multiple formats.
n
- Lead due diligence, asset evaluation, and project planning.
n
- Manage architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors through project delivery.
n
- Ensure schools are delivered on time, within quality standards, and ready for operations.

nWe're Looking For Someone Who Has

n

n
- 8–12 years of experience in school network expansion, education real estate, multi-site growth, retail expansion, or hospitality expansion.
n
- Strong experience in market feasibility, asset sourcing, and project delivery.
n
- Expertise in managing Greenfield/Brownfield projects, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
n
- The ability to combine analytical decision-making with hands-on execution.
n
- Experience working with senior leadership and presenting business recommendations.
n
