Job DescriptionMANNATT GUPTA is a contemporary luxury womenswear label focused on distinctive silhouettes, refined craftsmanship, intricate surface development, and a modern approach to luxury. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team in Noida.

NWe are looking for someone with a strong understanding of contemporary fashion, excellent design sensibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the design team throughout the collection development process, from research and concept development to final execution.

- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, colour stories, and visual references.
N
- Create accurate and detailed fashion sketches and technical illustrations.
N
- Assist with fabric, trim, embroidery, surface development, and garment detailing.
N
- Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams, embroiderers, and production teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately.
N
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, specifications, and sampling details.
N
- Assist with fittings, alterations, corrections, and sample development.
N
- Research current fashion, design, textiles, techniques, and international contemporary luxury trends.
N
- Support the team with design presentations, collection documentation, and other creative requirements.
N
- Maintain organised records of designs, samples, fabrics, trims, and ongoing developments.
N
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

nREQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion design,



preferably within contemporary, luxury, premium, or designer womenswear.
N
- Strong understanding offashion design, silhouettes, proportions, fabrics, construction, and garment detailing.
N
- Excellent fashion illustration and sketching skills.
N
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
N
- Strong visual and design sensibility with an understanding of contemporary fashion and luxury aesthetics.
N
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
N
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for craftsmanship and finishing.
N
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with different teams.
N
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, organised, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.

- Ability to understand and execute a creative direction while also bringing an independent perspective to the design process.
