Assistant Fashion Designer cum Consultant

Location: Phase 1, Golf course road, Gurugram- 122002

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and developing new collections
- Coordinate and manage karigars, tailors, and artisans
- Handle sampling, alterations, finishing, and production follow-ups
- Manage day-to-day store activities and product presentation
- Conduct market visits for fabrics, trims, embellishments, and trend research
- Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and market preferences
- Assist with sourcing and vendor coordination
- Ensure designs are executed as per the required quality and timelines

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or relevant experience
- Solid designing and creative skills
- Good market knowledge and understanding of fabrics & garment construction
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience managing karigars/artisans is preferred
- Must be comfortable travelling for market visits and work requirements
- Proactive, organised, and hands-on approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
