Experience: 1-3 years

- Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations, customer service, administration and sales activities.

- Support the branch in achieving business growth and assigned sales targets.

- Identify local market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

- Assist in developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and branch business.

- Monitor branch performance against assigned targets and KPIs.

- Assist in preparing business forecasts, objectives and action plans.

- Support branch budgeting and effective allocation of resources.

Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Forex preferred.

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.





- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.

- Robust sales and business development orientation.

- Ability to analyse branch performance and work towards targets.

- Good administrative and organizational skills.

- Result-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to handle customers and branch-level operational responsibilities.

- Willingness to support field and business development activities when required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
