Responsibilities – Assistant Accounts Manager-cum-Runner

- Assist the Accounts Manager in day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.

- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

- Assist in cash handling, petty cash management, and expense tracking.

- Support bank-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and collection of bank documents.

- Assist with bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding invoices, payments, and required documents.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records.

- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and other financial documents as required.

- Support the Accounts Manager during audits and in maintaining GST, TDS, and other statutory records.





- Collect and deliver official documents, cheques, invoices, and correspondence to clients, vendors, banks, and government offices.

- Visit banks, offices, suppliers, and other locations for official work as assigned.

- Collect bills, receipts, quotations, and other documents from vendors and service providers.

- Purchase and arrange office requirements as instructed by management.

- Ensure timely completion and secure handling of all assigned documents and transactions.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company-related information.

- Perform other accounting, administrative, and outdoor duties assigned by the Accounts Manager or management.

Pay: ₹25,793.31 - ₹45,125.03 per month
