Position: Assembly Supervisor – Non-Aero

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

Location: Pune

Department: Assembly

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily assembly production and manpower.
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor assembly quality and follow work instructions.
- Handle and guide operators on the shop floor.
- Maintain production and attendance records.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
- Ensure 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify and report production issues to the senior team.

Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in assembly/manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of assembly processes and tools.
- Good manpower handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
