Role Description The ASM and RSM for Tora Pipes & Fittings will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships for the brand. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot includes identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts in both residential and commercial segments. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and positioning.

The Business Development

Manager will regularly meet distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, conduct product presentations and negotiations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also requires preparing sales reports, forecasting,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, and account management within building materials, sanitaryware, plumbing, or related industries.
- Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification for new territories and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and using CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and performance.
- Proven capability to collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in office.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and channel partner engagement.
