Position: ASO / Security Officer

Location: Gummidipoondi

Salary: Maximum ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 3–8 years

Industry: Manufacturing / Factory

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage overall security operations at the factory.
- Monitor security guards and ensure proper shift deployment.
- Maintain inward and outward movement of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Monitor gate pass, visitor register, vehicle register, and material movement.
- Ensure proper security during employee entry/exit and shift changes.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activities or security issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Factory Management on security-related matters.
- Handle emergency situations and support fire & safety procedures.
- Conduct regular security rounds and ensure factory premises are secured.




- Maintain daily security reports and incident records.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company security procedures.

Requirements:

- Experience in factory/manufacturing security preferred.
- Good knowledge of gate security, material movement, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage security guards and multiple shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Gummidipoondi / nearby locations preferred.
