nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a Consumable sales and channel manager to drive sales growth of Mediclus, Vatech India's dental consumables brand, across both offline and online channels. The role involves managing dealer networks, clinic-direct sales, Dentganga platform sales, and supporting future integration of Mediclus ordering within the Vatech One App.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive Mediclus sales through direct clinic visits and dealer networks.
n
- Manage and expand relationships with dealers and distributors.
n
- Improve reorder cycles and conduct dealer training programs.
n
- Support sales generation through exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
n
- Manage Mediclus product listings and promotions on Dentganga and other online marketplaces.
n
- Monitor online product performance, customer feedback, and reviews.
n
- Support product launches, SKU planning, and brand-building initiatives.
n
- Act as the business owner for future Mediclus integration into the Vatech One App.

nRequirements

n

n
- 3-5 years of total experience.
n
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in dental or medical consumables.
n
- Strong knowledge of dental consumables and clinical products.
n
- Experience in dealer management and clinic-direct sales.
n
- Basic understanding of e-commerce channels or online marketplaces.
n
- Experience in product launches, brand development, or promotional campaigns.

- Experience with e-commerce sales.

- Exposure to catalogue management and SKU planning.

- Experience working with large dealer networks.

- Familiarity with app-based sales or customer engagement initiatives.
