About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) - For Manned divison to lead and drive sales operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, based out of Hyderabad. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building solid retailer networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics market.

Key responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, and retailers.
- Drive Primary, secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.




- Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & Distributors.
- Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.
- Ensure visibility and availability of products across general trade.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Andhrapradesh/Telangana region.
- Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
