? Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and expand the assigned territory.
- Manage dealer, distributor and farmer networks.
- Drive market development, promotions and current business opportunities.
- Monitor sales, stock, collections and market competition.
- Lead sales teams and implement company strategies.
- Submit regular reports and coordinate with internal teams.
