Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales and business development for our Furniture & Modular Furniture products in the Raipur region. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and market activities.
- Visit customers, builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture/modular solutions.
- Generate and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, follow-ups, and sales records.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper post-sales support.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior, Modular Kitchen, Building Materials, or Field Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and convincing ability.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and regular local travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
