We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee the operations and business performance of multiple ice cream stores across Tamil Nadu.

The Area Manager will be responsible for store performance, sales growth, team management, operational standards, inventory control, customer experience, and execution of company policies across the assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores across Tamil Nadu.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and customer footfall across assigned stores.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for Store Managers.
- Review store performance and take corrective actions to improve business results.
- Monitor Average Order Value (AOV), repeat customers, customer feedback, and store-level KPIs.
- Manage, guide, and motivate Store Managers and store teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and customer-service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, expiry, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily store closures.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for recruitment and staffing.
- Review employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.
- Train and coach Store Managers to improve their leadership and operational capabilities.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, offers, launches, and marketing activities at store level.
- Monitor store maintenance, equipment, freezers, and other assets.
- Prepare and submit regular area performance reports to the management.




- Analyse store-wise sales and operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the opening of new stores and ensure smooth transition into operations.
- Ensure all stores maintain the required brand standards and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in Area Management / Cluster Management / Retail Operations / QSR / Café / Restaurant / Ice Cream / F&B.;
- Experience managing multiple stores or locations is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong sales and business acumen.
- Excellent team-management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyse sales and operational reports and take data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of inventory, manpower, customer service, and store operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred.
- Experience in the ice cream or QSR industry will be an added advantage.

Education Graduate in any discipline. MBA / PG qualification in Management, Retail, or Operations will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Travel: Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy.

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
