Role: Healthcare Growth Partner (HGP) Role Summary:

Drive business growth by promoting advanced medical & surgical devices to hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions while building long-term skilled relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals And surgeons
- Promote and demonstrate medical devices effectively
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and CMEs
- Coordinate with service team for seamless installations
- Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) and pipeline tracking

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Life Sciences / Biomedical preferred
- 1–5 years experience in pharma / medical devices / B2B sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills

Added Advantage:

- Experience in surgical devices / hospital sales
- Local area network with doctors/hospitals

Salary: Best in the Industry Pay: From ₹10,060.17 per month
