AREA MANAGER

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Previous experience in an F&B; (Food & Beverage) firm is required

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple F&B; outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service and food quality standards, monitoring sales and operational targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the operations of multiple F&B; outlets within the assigned area.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall outlet performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and staff to achieve operational and business targets.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of outlet employees.




- Conduct regular outlet visits and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage and operational losses.
- Handle customer feedback and support the team in resolving complaints.
- Ensure all outlets follow company policies, safety standards, and F&B; regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an F&B;/Restaurant industry is preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets or teams will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, staff management, and customer service.
- Ability to travel between outlets as required.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
