Vaid Logistics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Madurai Region to manage and oversee sales and logistics operations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, logistics, distribution, and team/territory management.The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining solid relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinating logistics and distribution activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee sales and distribution activities across the Madurai region.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, distribution, and business development targets.
- Monitor market activities, customer requirements, and competitor movements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and distribution efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the CFA, distributors, and company representatives.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.




- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/distributors for timely collections.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the team in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's distribution network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Handle operational issues and resolve customer/distributor concerns effectively.Candidate Requirements- Education: Minimum Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Logistics, preferably in distribution/CFA operations.
- Strong knowledge of sales, distribution, logistics, and territory management.
- Good working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Strong analytical, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
