Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university is mandatory.

Minimum 9.5 years of experience in:

Microfinance

NBFC

Small-value loans

Small loans

Micro loans

Similar lending/financial services

Should have worked at a lead level.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Manager.

Proven ability to manage 5+ Branch Head/team members.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust customer-service orientation.

Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Ability to coordinate effectively with the Operations Department and lead the team while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the assigned area and sales operations.

Handle a minimum of 5+ Branch Head (BH)



team members and ensure regular follow-up.

Take accountability for achieving assigned business and sales targets.

Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve performance objectives.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Coordinate regularly with branch teams and monitor performance.

Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure smooth business operations.

Ensure team activities are carried out in line with applicable compliance requirements.

Identify operational or business issues and take appropriate corrective action.

Provide guidance and support to team members to improve performance.

Travel within the assigned area as required.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
