Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within our designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. The position is based in Bangalore and involves managing day-to-day activities to meet organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support multiple teams across various locations, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, leadership, and professional development among staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation to meet financial targets.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational integration.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training programmes, and performance appraisals for team members.
- Address escalated customer concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making at a managerial level.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or related fields are desirable but not essential.
