Understanding

- Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and design briefs.

- Understand project requirements, materials, and client expectations.

- Coordinate with design and project teams to clarify details.

1. 3D Modeling

- Build accurate 3D models of buildings, interiors, landscapes, and surrounding context.

- Model furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements.

- Ensure dimensions and proportions match approved drawings.

1. Material and Texture Application

- Apply realistic materials such as stone, wood, glass, metal, and finishes.

- Develop custom textures and mapping.

1. Lighting Setup

- Configure natural and artificial lighting.

- Create day, dusk, and night scenes as required.

1. Rendering

- Produce photorealistic still images and high-resolution visuals.

- Optimize render settings for quality and efficiency.

1. Animation and Walkthroughs

- Create fly-throughs and walkthrough videos.

- Add camera movements, transitions, and basic effects.

1. Post-Production

- Enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.

- Add people, vegetation, vehicles, and atmospheric effects.

1. Presentation and Marketing Support

- Prepare brochure visuals, banners, and sales presentation graphics.





- Coordinate with marketing for social media and advertising materials.

1. Revisions and Quality Control

- Incorporate feedback from architects and management.

- Maintain version control and file organization.
