Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and ensure accuracy in drafting documents.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and provide input on renovation or current construction projects.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp software to visualize designs.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with strong understanding of its capabilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing architecture practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
