Architectural Draughtsman - AutoCAD

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Kalyan West.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating accurate architectural and technical drawings based on design concepts, project requirements, and instructions from Architects/Designers.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with AutoCAD, good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing, and the ability to deliver accurate drawings within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop working drawings and construction drawings based on approved designs.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into detailed technical drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings for architectural elements, doors, windows, furniture, and other components as required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, references, and file organization.
- Maintain proper records of drawing revisions and updated versions.
- Coordinate with Architects, Designers, Consultants, and site teams for drawing requirements.
- Incorporate site measurements and site-related changes into drawings.
- Support the project team with drawings required for execution.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned team for corrections.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant drafting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Good understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scales, annotations, and architectural detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work according to project deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Comfortable working from the Kalyan West office.
