Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of building design, planning, working drawings, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other engineering teams.

- Review project drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings.

- Identify design issues and provide practical solutions during construction.

- Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications, and architectural documentation when required.

- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.

- Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for necessary approvals.

- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.





- Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on project requirements.

- Ensure timely completion of design and drawing deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

- Experience in Revit / SketchUp / 3D visualization software will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of building planning, construction methods, and materials.

- Strong design and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.

- Relevant professional registration/certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and construction projects.

- Candidates with experience in residential, apartment, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.

- Site coordination and project execution experience is desirable.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
