About the Role

Rippotai Architecture is looking for a talented, responsible, and people-oriented Architect to join our team. We are looking for someone who combines strong architectural skills with good communication, ownership, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, interact directly with clients, lead team members, and grow within the organisation. Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of architectural projects from concept through execution.
- Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are maintained.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal design and project teams.
- Guide and manage junior architects, designers, and other team members as required.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and address project-related queries.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, design concepts, presentations, working drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve design or coordination issues.
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with site teams to ensure proper execution.
- Contribute to the studio's design development, processes, and overall growth.
