Architect Design & Project Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of architectural design, planning, working drawings, construction detailing, and project coordination. The role will involve developing design concepts, preparing architectural documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting site execution.

This opportunity is suitable for an Architect who wants practical exposure across design development, documentation, coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions based on client and project requirements.
- Prepare plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Prepare and modify working drawings and construction documentation.
- Translate design concepts into practical and execution-ready drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and understand site conditions.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure work follows approved drawings and design requirements.
- Review drawings and identify design or execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants as required.
- Assist in material selection and preparation of design presentations.
- Resolve site-related design queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project drawings, revisions,



and documentation.
- Manage assigned projects/tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support the team throughout design development and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and design principles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to prepare and understand working drawings and construction details.
- Valuable understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Comfortable working from the Kalyan West office.
