Job DescriptionTo lead architectural design development, consultant coordination, statutory compliance, and project execution support for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role is responsible for ensuring design excellence, timely delivery of drawings, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and seamless coordination with project stakeholders.

NKey Responsibilities

nDesign & Planning

- Develop and review conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.

- Ensure adherence to project vision, design intent, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

- Participate in master planning, space planning, and design optimization initiatives.
N
- Review design proposalsand recommend improvements based on functionality, aesthetics, and cost considerations.
N

nConsultant Coordination

N

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade, and specialty consultants.
N
- Ensure integration of multidisciplinary designs and timely closure of design-related issues.
N
- Review consultant deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance.
N

nProject Documentation

N

- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documentation.
N
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings to site and project teams.
N
- Maintain document control and revision management throughout the project lifecycle.
N

nRegulatory Approvals & Compliance

- Ensure compliancewith applicable building bye-laws,



development regulations, fire and safety norms, environmental requirements, and statutory approvals.

- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and approval agencies as required.
N
- Support the team in obtaining project approvals and clearances.
N

nConstruction & Site Coordination

- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor adherence to design intent and quality standards.
N
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with project teams.
N
- Review mock-ups, materials, finishes, and samples before implementation.
N

nCost Optimization & Value Engineering

- Identify opportunities for value engineering and design efficiency.
N
- Work closely with procurement and project teams to optimize costs without compromising quality and functionality.

- Evaluate alternative materials and construction methodologies.
N

nStakeholder Management

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Projects, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
N
- Manage external architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
N
- Present design conceptsand project updates to management when required.

nProcess Improvement & Innovation

N

- Drive adoption ofindustry best practices, sustainable design principles, and creative technologies.
N
- Contribute to the development of design standards, SOPs, and process improvements.

- Promote BIM and digitaldesign tools wherever applicable.
