Job Title: Architect

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibility

- Preparing and designing preliminary plans
- Develop design ideas working with team
- Develop design schemes and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with other disciplines
- Learn and understand International Building Codes
- Create presentation books for client presentations.
- Becomes familiar with company's safety and working protocols
- No site visits required.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in US project-related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Bluebeam etc.




- Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge
- Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.
- Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.
- Ability to think critically and creativity skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Work Authorization:

● India

Job Type: Full-time

Onwards: ₹30,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelors in Architecture

Experience:
- Total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Revit: 2 years (Required)
- At least 1.5 years of exp. in the US projects
