nJob Title: Architect

nKey Responsibility:

n● Preparing and designing preliminary plans

n● Develop design ideas working with team

n● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies

n● Coordinate with other disciplines

n● Learn and understand International Building Codes

n● Create presentation books for client presentations.

n● Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols

n● No site visits required.

n

nQualifications:

n● 1-2 years of experience in US project-related field (preferred)

n● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Bluebeam etc.





n● Possess a solid theoretical and technical knowledge

n● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.

n● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.

n● Ability to think critically and creativity skills

n● Strong verbal and written skills

n● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines

n● Ability to effectively meet deadlines
