NEXT SPACE DESIGN STUDIO is looking for a passionate and responsible Architect / Interior Designer to join our Design Team.
This is not just a drafting role. You will be involved in the complete design journey — from the first client discussion to the final built form.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept development & space planning
- Floor plans, 3 D elevations and presentations
- Interior mood boards, 3 D visualisation and execution drawings
- Material, finish & furniture selections
- Coordination with site engineers
- Managing drawings, revisions and project deliverables within committed timelines
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design
- 1–4 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, D5, Photoshop & MS Office
- Solid 3 D visualisation and presentation skills
- Understanding of Vastu and sustainable design principles
- Good communication, documentation and client-handling skills
- Someone who takes ownership, respects timelines and protects the design intent from paper to built form
