The Architect - Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives.

- Experience in preparation of drawings, consultant coordination, and construction-stage design support for residential developments.

SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLESKILLS Technical Skills

- Ability to use conceptual design as a base to create functional layouts (including buildings structure, systems and key elements) that include site plans, floor plans, elevations etc. to form a solid foundation to create accurate and precise detailed designs, while also allowing room for exploration, feedback and improvement.




- Ability to apply knowledge of efficient utilization of relevant CAD and BIM tools to produce detailed construction drawings, realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs directly from BIM models, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of design intent through high-quality visual presentations that support decision-making and project approval.
- Knowledge of various design software (AutoCAD / Revit / any other domain-specific software) to model and create precise and detailed technical drawings / photorealistic visualizations.
- Ability to utilize advanced knowledge of quantity estimation, construction sequencing and execution planning to develop Good for Construction drawings (GFC).
- Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering drawing standards with respect to Drawing Control Index (DCI) to read, analyze, and interpret various types of technical drawings.
- Ability to apply knowledge of local / regional / national and international construction-specific regulations and standards related to design, execution, quality, environment and safety.

Leadership / Behavioral Skills

- Ability to integrate technical considerations across disciplines while managing trade-offs involving interdisciplinary criteria.
- Ability to identify, onboard, and coordinate with architectural, design, engineering, and specialist consultants.
- Ability to translate GTM requirements into coordinated design and project readiness actions by aligning layouts, specifications, approvals, and technical deliverables.
