Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions or recommendations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for design development.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles, including spatial relationships, lighting, ventilation, acoustics, etc.
