In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings and interiors while keeping in mind the needs of the project.

This is a full time on-site role. Create design concept and detailed plans for the project. Make sketchup model for clients presentation. Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.

Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification and budget for the project.



Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design. Good hands on work experience on softwares like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape; Minimum 3-5 years of work experience required.

Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes. Must show solid project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
