Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, reviewing plans for feasibility and safety, and coordinating design changes as projects evolve.

The role involves visiting project sites, assessing conditions, and translating client feedback into practical design solutions that support both functionality and aesthetics.



The Architect is expected to participate in project meetings, prepare documentation and presentations, and support timely delivery of projects within budget and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating functional, safe, and aesthetically sound plans.
- Ability to work effectively on Integration aspects of design, coordinating architectural elements with structural, MEP, and other systems.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts and design tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software) to support digital modeling and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional licensure or eligibility preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in Chennai and the broader region.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site and engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
