Overview We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable working beyond concept design and have practical experience preparing GFC/working drawings, submission drawings, details and coordinated construction documents. Candidates with experience in institutional buildings, hostels, training facilities, residential projects or similar developments will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings
- Development of sanction/submission drawings and construction documentation
- Preparation and coordination of architectural details
- Coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants
- Incorporation of client and site requirements into drawings
- Preparation of area statements and basic code-compliance drawings




- Coordination with site teams and periodic site visits, when required
- Preparation of presentations, concept drawings and design documentation

Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be preferred
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering/presentation software
- Good understanding of architectural working drawings and detailing
- Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings
- Positive communication and documentation skills
